The celebration of Incorporation 150 continues. Join St. Helena Historical Society and St. Helena Drama on Sunday, September 27, 2026 for our annual Cemetery Walk.
This year, students will enact stories of the newly installed city council members as they take on the task of legislation. Incorporation was an important step for this developing community, as it gave them the power to collect taxes.
Those taxes would help pay for schools, roads, a library, infrastructure, police and a fire department.
